My name is Jason Halter. I am not only the Owner, but I AM ALSO THE ONE ON THE JOBSITE - MANAGING THE CONSTRUCTION OF YOUR HOME.
At first glance, Sela Coastal Homes may sound like an unusual name—but it means everything to how we build.
“Sela” is a Hebrew word for "rock" or "cornerstone"—a firm foundation. And that’s exactly the mission every home we build is centered on.
My journey into homebuilding started after Hurricane Harvey, when my family experienced what it truly means to rebuild. That moment pushed me to leave a secure career and step into construction with one goal: help families build back stronger.
Since then, I’ve built hundreds of homes along the Texas coast—many for families starting over. Today, Sela Coastal Homes was created to bring that same purpose, quality, and care to every client we serve.
